I have recently been praying a lot for a place that I could call home and at the same time be able to do Gods work by serving great food and giving back to my community by sharing the gospel. God answered my prayers by allowing me to work at Penfield as the Food Services Manager.  Here my goals are to keep and clean and healthy kitchen as well as share Gods truth. In everything I will give all the glory to my savior Jesus Christ.  My favorite bible verse is Isaiah 6:8 “I heard the voice of the Lord saying, whom shall I send, and who will go for us? And I said here I am, Send me.

    Beth Eubank

    Nurse
    Union Point Location

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia College and have been a Registered Nurse for 40 years. Over 25 of those years were spent working for the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. These years provided me with unique opportunities to care for people in crisis, especially those with mental health and substance use problems, as well as a wide range of physical issues. During those years, I was able to facilitate many admissions to Penfield, so it is a wonderful opportunity for me to be a part of the next steps in a client's recovery process at this point in my nursing career.

Aside from nursing, my life is full of the joys of having a close-knit family, including a husband, adult children and their spouses, and precious grandchildren. I love that my home is often the "Gathering spot"!

I was brought up in the Christian faith and invited Jesus into my heart at a young age. Like the lyrics in an old hymn, "The longer I serve Him, the sweeter He grows."
